Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Ivashchenko LLC is committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution for our consulting and software development services.
2. Consultation Services
- Before the session: You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- No-show: If you do not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a consultation at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
3. Project Engagements
- Cancellation notice: Either party may cancel a project engagement with 14 calendar days' written notice.
- Work completed: Upon cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the effective date of cancellation.
- Prepaid amounts: Any prepaid fees for work not yet performed will be refunded within 14 business days.
- Deliverables: The Client will receive all deliverables completed up to the cancellation date, subject to full payment.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as described in the agreed Statement of Work.
- A consultation was cancelled within the allowed cancellation window.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges were made.
Refunds are generally not available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the Client.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue before initiating a dispute through your payment provider.

- Step 2: We will review and respond within 3 business days.
- Step 3: We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include partial refund, additional work, or other remedies.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
7. Service-Specific Exceptions
As Ivashchenko LLC provides professional services (not physical goods), the following apply:
- There are no physical returns — all services are delivered digitally or through consultation.
- Intellectual property and deliverables transferred to the Client cannot be "returned."
- Partially completed work remains payable proportional to the work delivered.
